Yes, you can change your delivery address by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team. Please allow 3-5 business days for the change to take effect.

Yes, you can! During checkout, simply provide the recipient’s address in the shipping details. We will send a gift card to notify them of their magazine subscription.

Alternatively, you can add desired titles/quantities in the cart and choose to order via WhatsApp, where we can find a solution that works the best for you!  To your convenience we can issue you a Voucher/Gift Card code which you can share with the recipient.

Depending upon the publishing frequency of the magazine and the policy of the publisher, it can vary between four to six weeks. 

Magazines lose their value over time. For example, a July issue holds little value in August. Therefore, the number of copies printed matches the active subscriptions plus the estimated newsstand demand. When you order a subscription, there is no stock of the current issue for new orders. You’ll need to wait until the next issue is printed, which depends on the publishing frequency, print cycle, and your order date. This process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, ensuring your subscription starts with the most current issue. You will receive all other subbcequent issues as soon as they are realsed

Yes, cancellations are possible, but you need to notify us within a day or two of placing your order. Once payment is received, we process orders within 24 hours. After that, the order is forwarded to the publisher. We’ll do our best to cancel your subscription if it hasn’t been processed yet. If you contact us after two days, we will confirm with the publisher whether the cancellation is still feasible and get back to you with the outcome.

Yes, you can renew your subscriptions through MediaShines. We will send you reminders via SMS and email before your current subscription expires. To process your renewal order, we will need your existing subscription details and previous order information.
